No. This is has been done too much. I'm bored of my companions randomly being elven gods/goddess. It's not a plot twist anymore, it's not possible, conisdering the Evnarus are stuck in the fade (stuck by there by Solas, nevertheless). No. Moving on from already done to death plot twists.

Though this is an old thread, Dragon Age Inquisition is still something that has me by headlock. The myriad of combinations of classes, races, choices, banter, etc means that I probably won't stop playing it until 2027. So here I find myself on this thread.
I have two things I really need to say having read this entire thread from start to finish:
A. Anti-Sera-is-Adruilers are incredibly antagonistic and have huge egos from hell. Rarely was an actual sentient, thoughtful rebuttal given; it was almost always, "Impossible because Solas is Dread Wolf." Pepper in some rude sarcasm like, "Cheese is The Creator."
Just a helpful hint about life, there is a difference between improbable and impossible. Even if you find the mere concept of a second elf having the wisp of one of the elven pantheon or having their eluvian key improbable and unlikely, that isn't a credible, factual argument to oppose it. If you're old enough to use the Internet, you should be old enough to not need to be told that. People keep coming forth with more and more banters, convos, "evidence," and sure, you don't have to swallow it as definitive proof, but damn, you can't just dismiss it with a wave of your hand while simultaneously insulting the intelligence of the other person. That's not how real life works. From the codexes to the tarot cards to the party banter, there are more than just a few coincidences; there is an actual, tangible proponent for this theory. And you simply crossing your arms and saying, "Nuh uh!" isn't really doing you any favors.
Also, I wouldn't even call it improbable at this point. Thedas is a slow motion train wreck right now. The things keep piling up, this world is falling apart, and I'm just screaming what's going on! It's entirely possible (and frankly, probable) that there's more than two Elven gods spirits/incarnations going around. If your sole argument is, "It can't be because Solas is one," I propose that Bioware just trolled the heck out of you because now when it's revealed she was something special, you'll truly be able to say you didn't see it coming ;)

B, it's equally possible that Bioware did a red herring. We all care about Thedas and want to understand and love this immersive world so much, and we are all figuring out the history as we go, that it's possible that they figured we'd reach for something not really there. That's a solid argument against it, because at least then you're not being a stubborn ostriche and ignoring the plethora of "coincidences." At least you're acknowledging the coincidences, but disagreeing under the belief that they're just sending us on a goose chase.

Also, I think it's rather obtuse to dismiss her mysterious past/lack of training/how she came to join us. Someone mentioned that she's fighting these dragons with hardened warriors and tempered fighters, and that's odd considering she has no training whatsoever. Someone else retorted that she has to be balanced to fight just the same as everyone else. Hello, you're missing the point entirely. Of course she has to be balanced. Her fighting shouldn't be scaled down--her history should be scaled up! She could have been this pro archer that fought for armies or been trained by the best in the land or maybe she was thrown into the Hunger Games. Whatever! But she wasn't. The writers purposefully gave her no history of fighting at all, but yet, she can keep up with a warden?
Someone else mentioned that her introduction seemed really forced; I agree COMPLETELY. I felt that way from my first playthrough the day it was released. Everyone else felt purposeful, planned. Blackwall joined because wardens are missing, Vivienne because she's super amazing and fabulous (:P), Dorian because Tevinter is crazy. She approached us and said she wanted to help "because." That wasn't a reason when my mom told me I couldn't spend the night with a friend, and that's not a reason to fight demons and ancient magisters when you're living on the streets and have no training in any combat.

She may not be Andruil, but she IS weird! Cmon! The deja vu, her saying she feels like she's been to the fade before, her talking about her dreams. I don't know about y'all, but I've never felt Bioware just put stuff in games without some kind of purpose.

Again, maybe it was meant to mislead us and divide us. But... It could also be that she's special.
You have to at least acknowledge that much.
Andraste, Mythal and The Creator.

Sera is alot more special than an Elf Inquisitor, what she could be, who knows?

Perhaps she's be touched by a Spirit? Or maybe she could even have a soul of an Ancient Elf inside her?

The painted box that Sera got from The Warden could be like the Vir'Abelasan or the phylactery that teaches you the Arcane Warrior Spec. She could be anti-Elvhen and anti-Spirit because as a child she got the memories from a follower of Andruil downloaded into her head, all the brutal slavery and hunting and **** would really traumatize a child.
