I don't slot TC as tempest so that frees up 1 utility slot. But that is because I want some challenge to remain in the game. I still prefer Tempest since I like alchemy and its effects are quite good in a general sense, as you can use them in many ways.

 

But yes I'd still love 2 more hotkey slots.

I, too, prefer Tempest over Assassin, but like you say, I'd be much happier if I had two extra slots.

Well i prefer the classical rogue experience that assassin offers. I die if i screw up, but i excel when im on the ball and that suits me just fine.
