Well, my imported Warden was a dead woman so can't help you there...but Kieran isn't around.
I really love the scene between her and Flemeth if Morrigan drank from the Well - like they might one day be reconciled. It's such a different dynamic than the OGB scene.

I've done an import where Morrigan was romanced and the ritual was refused, and she still seems fond of his memory and is thankful that she has Kieran from him. I don't remember if she said love specifically or not.
