Tried inputing my Cerberus card on my 360 after inputing the code into my account on this site. Now, I can't redeem the code for the Cerberus Network on my 360! I got the normandy crash site or whatever it's called, but not this Cerberus Network deal. What the hell Bioware! I get that you don't want to go through MS for your DLC, but at least have it so it works! This is bull****, like the fundamental tool for your DLC needs a code. Who the hell thought this was a good idea?

Anyways, perhaps some of the brain childs over there can figure out how to get my Cerberus activated. Private message me, email me at my contact email. Whatever, I'm a devoted fan of your games and what this is, is just poor implementation and I demand something be done.

Funny, the game is out today, you'd think Bioware would be fixing this. Alas, no word from the Community Manager, nor from Bioware or EA. So what? Am I supposed to simply toss away all this free DLC I was entitled to. Luckily, if this isn't fixed soon, I can go to my local EA campus. Something tells me that someone there won't mind about hearing of this issue

How do I connect my Bioware name to my XBOX gamertag?

So what do we do if our EA, Bioware, and Xbox accounts are all linked, we entered the code on the bioware website, and we still can't access the Cerberus network? My issue clearly isn't caused by the stuff bioware's been saying, so does putting the code in online simply not work?

I just want to know, I activated cerberus network, i downloaded the normandy crash site, the blood dragon armor, the collector armor and weapon, the terminus armor and weapon, but there was no option to download zaeed...did i do somethingt wrong?

Yes it is!  Normandy Crash (and Zaeed when it gets put on XBLive) are both Cerberus based DLC items.  Is it that you are missing the second computer in the start menu from opening?

Nope - Just wait till tomorrow, it's still being proped to Xbox Live by Microsoft.

It's the fact that everyone has been overloading EA servers with these problems. I guess Bioware did not anticipate an emergency situation, that's probably why it's not working......

No, see all the DLC is on my PC end, ready to go. It's the Cerberus Network infrastructure that won't download. So all that DLC can't download to my 360 because the 1,200 point Cerberus Network download, which I got the code for, won't download. I put the code in first on the PC. Perhaps I should've put it in first on 360. Either way, I can't activate the Cerberus Network so all my DLC (And believe me, I have a lot of it) is in limbo. Which is somewhat aggravating.

I am flexible in finding a resolution for this, I just want that DLC!

Same issue.  Phone lines are closed and chat dumps you everytime you make it to #1 in the queue.

Everyone bend over and take the shaft because nothing is getting done tonight.

I'll just have to start a new game without my fancy Gamestop armor.  Lame.

I am having the same damn problem. Its starting to ****** me off. I have the Normandy Crash site but I cannot get Zaeed or anything else... I have to pay 1200 ms points for him and the extra stuff? Or should I just wait to see if it gets fixed?

Same problem for me too, no terminus armor...talked to EA and everything...they still Fed it up. just got normandy crash site.

I dont remember my acount info from when i fist signed on to the EA network over my xbox. I need to know how to switch from my old acount to the new one i just made that im using now so i can get my armor and my weapon

HELP! My accounts are linked, but it keeps telling me my code is INVALID??????????? That was the first time i entered it on both the pc and the 360...WTF???????

I have nothing. Can't access any of my free stuff because I entered both codes online on this crap site under a new account, little did I know my gamertag is linked on another email from some game I played years ago. All because of the horribly written instructions, I have two wasted dead codes. I couldn't even use my old character from ME1, the game didn't find anything. ****** poor start to my Mass Effect 2 experience.

Who hear thinks EA should ditch their stupid pissing match with MS and just release their DLC on XBL without the stupid strings attached? This is bullcrap, all of that stuff, wether paid for or free, is wasted. I feel so screwed by Bioware right now. Wait, it's not their fault,

same here. when I start the game it says im conected to cerberus but when i go to extras then to downloadable content it only shows me that i downloaded terminus and normandy crash site no zaeed or anyhting like that!

well if ea did release the dlc on xboxlive it cant be free mircosoft wont allow a company to have free dlc, thats why you have to pay for teh maps on brutal legend

i found that after i restarted my xbox that is when everything became available...maybe when you turn your xbox on today it will be there?
