Same issue here. Funny thing is the card tells you to input the code through the site rather than on your xbox. If I hadn't followed the instructions I'd probably be fine!

Holy crap…who would of thought that so many people could SCREW THIS UP…
I set my account up for DA:O so I didn’t have to do a damn thing but enter my codes online. I ran the game (XBOX) when I got home…BAM…everything is loaded up.
REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:
1) Only the Normandy DLC is up, the other is going up today as noted by various bioware employees on the boards.
2) You do not get a special “Cerberus” DLC item, if you get the Normandy you are on the network. A way to verify is that on the main screen you will see the computer on the right load up with messages of the day etc.
I currently have the Collectors DLC, Inferno DLC (best buy preorder), Terminus DLC (Gamestop), Dragon Age DLC + Cerberus etc. Now I just need to ebay my extra copy!
It does work…I would imagine most people just rushed and made an account with out reading how to do it. You need to link the bioware account to your XBL GT which if you are having troubles call EA. When I did mine it said to make sure the emails are the same between XBL account and EA/Bioware? Did you do that?

So since I login to XBOX with hotmail and I have gmail linked to EA that is the problem? What if I all ready inputted my code? The XBOX account and my EA account are both linked to my GT, so shouldn't that be enough?
