This has happened to me with two different Inquisitors - after I travel somewhere and return after completing the final mission, Skyhold is empty, including the Undercroft. No crafting tables, no companions. I thought we were supposed to be able to continue to play even though certain missions are locked out? Seems like this will affect DLC's, no? Is this a known bug?

It's a bug. People disappear. Nothing a restart can't fix. But still, I'd rather doing missions before the final story because the game gets real dull after that.

It's not just people, it's the entire undercroft, so no crafting. I'm worried about future content mostly, I don't have an interest in playing after beating Cory. I tried reloading my first Inquisitor and it didn't work, I'll try it with my other character.

I had that problem as well. I just saved and restarted the game and everything was back where it should be.
