This is going to sound crazy. But I have found the best thing to use against dragons. You're going to need the +2 grenade belt.

I call them killer bees cause these things wreck dragons. If you have them completely upgraded minus the."and some wasps" (those help too).
I have been going through dragons left and right on hard with them. I even just panicked the emerald Graves dragon. (Level 17). Watching a big ol dragon hop around like a bull trying to kick off its rider is hilarious.
If you guys haven't been using them, you're crazy.
Obviously those min/max Varrics work great with his focus but besides using those op tactics, this is great.
best single weapon to use against any dragon.

Yeah, the damage is even multiplied by Champion's To the Death. It's pretty disgusting.
