Some games I will, some games I won't. Sort of depends on the situation.

Unless you count crowd funding, then I don't pre-order games. The discount is negligible to what you'd see within a month or two in most cases, the "incentives" are often nonsense of kitsch and it feeds a terrible cycle within the industry which puts consumer awareness as a huge secondary to the hype machine.


DA2 was incredibly successful, in the regard of changing my habits. Probably not the success they were going for, but there you go.
