true to the title, is there any better armor schematic than the ones in the Hissing Waste's canyon's merchant?

Battlemaster for warrior, Prowler for rogue, and Battlemage for mage?

and if there's any, where can I find it?

Just their superior versions which that same vendor sells sometimes IF you have the short list perk.
