We now have scaling arcane spell damage. Divine is to come at some point. Due to bolstered hit points of monsters, we have noticed that mages were underpowered. So, now level 1 spellcasters have a 110% damage bonus, while level 30 spellcasters have a bonus of 725%.
Apart from that, we are now at 160 areas and we have several regular players.
We are also starting a scheduled party play this weekend.

Well I made a character but I cannot get out of the starting Inn because the transition is missing 
Umm, what? You go through the portal in the starting area, then, at the inn, you walk to the opposite door and you're out.
It appears to be an issue with my client as door transitions are missing in other servers as well :/
Does it happen in a non-CEP module or PW?
If no, then have you updated beyond CEP 2.4?
If yes, go to the CEP 2.60 page and grab the two fixes there.

Yes, the server was down temporarily, but I've just rebooted and now the server is running again.

Unfortunately, I pulled the plug on the Moonsea 
Joke aside, it was the same story as with all other good PW's; too little people play and those who play rarely goes server hopping.
Now, if there were to be interest, I'll happily put it up again.
