If it is possible it would be much better if the two abilites Throwing blades and Toxic cloud were to be combined together so that on one activation of the ability throws out a toxic cloud, without activating a cooldown, and upon a second activation, within 1 second, throws out the blades and activating the ability cooldown. If however 1 seconds passes before activating the second time it would activate the cooldown.
This would make the ability similar to that of Shadow Flare found in Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning and is shown in the video below. (Skip to around the 31 second mark)
