Hey. I'm having a problem saving liara

When i take the elevator up behind the barrier and walk up towards her,
the conversations starts and i'm asked to push a button to let her down
When she falls down in the floor, the game just says "Saving Conten"
And my screens gets all black and stuff, and the conversations just restarts and everything repeats.

Any idea whats wrong?

This is ME 1 i'm talking about, and i've tried reinstalling using without 1.02 update and running with update. Going to menu's and inventory is all normal just gameplay that gets weird and just repeats and i cant get any further.
