I can't access the store. I don't know if the issue will be resolved before the weekend is over. I'd hate to lose my commendation pack because the store is kinda broken.

I've never had this issue before and never heard it mentioned in the forum until now. If I were you, I would exit origins and the game, then restart to see if that fixes it.
If that doesn't work, you might want to try contacting EA support. They can access and fiddle with your account. http://help.ea.com/en/
