That's right, no Tech Armor. I personally haven't, since I always went with Biotic Hammer. I never really liked Electric Hammer much, to be honest. But since I am trying out alternate builds at this point quite a bit, I might give this a shot. So, does anyone have any feedback as to how that build would work/suck?

Does the detonation of Electric Hammer go through walls? Could cheese some RHA/corners/wallhacks with Geth Scanner and the enlarged radius options?

Haha, I laughed, too, when playing around with it. I used this build with a Katana, and I had a blast. The build works okay, but you suffer a lot when not in Rage mode. The lack of a cooldown penalty is a good thing, though. I switched between both hammers a bit, and it wasn't too bad. Since I take all melee evos + passives, his hammers are quite powerful this way. Still, it can be hard to survive on Plat with a build like this. You do miss the damage reduction from Tech Armor.I laughed

i don't know, the 40% bonus to melee on the tech armor is too good to pass up for me. but hey, whatever floats yer boat.
Nah. I did a 6/6/6/6/0 build once and it was fun...against Geth.

I primed stuff with the fire hammer then detonated with the biotic hammer!
That's like teamwork, without being in a team! Awesome stuff.
i usually spec mostly melee in his fitness but give him health regen/health and shields in rank 6. the health regen is too good to pass up too. with tech armor melee bonus and a melee damage mod on a weapon usually makes up for the missing rank 6 melee in fitness. but the regen has saved me many times especially in rage mode. one time in particular i was facing off with a geth prime while two pyros were trying to cook me from behind and it barely did anything. my krolord laughed and smashed all things.
