I know how to do this on 360, but I can't find a similar menu or set of options for XBone.

I know how to mute someone in the lobby, but that's it, so far. Is there a way to access a list of recent players that would give me the option during a game? I don't want to have to quit out, just because someone is making obnoxious noises into the mic.

One of the bumpers. One is mute, the other is kick. You can do it in the lobby or by pressing the back/select/whatever button during the game.

Already got an answer in under 3 minutes, so I doubt that. ;)

I also found a way to do it is to click on the top menu option labelled under Friends, also called "friends" (which is a bit obscure.) In there is a sub-heading for recent players that will allow me to do it outside of the game menu, if I ever need to do that.

Thanks for the info. :)

(EDIT: Sadly, there no longer seems to be an "avoid" feature, unless it is very well hidden somewhere else.)

There's a report/block feature, but I doubt it works.

I think blocking works, as my block list from 360 is intact. I would prefer not to go to that extreme just to avoid someone, but hey, I'm flexible.
