After obtaining the "Mark of the Rift" ability, it filled the slot previously held by another of my skills. I cannot figure out how to reassign this skill to another slot. How to do i reassign skills to other slots?

As you hover over your skills in your skill tree you have the option to map them to your slots.
You don't say what platform you are on, but I assume this mechanic is universal?
