Good day,

 

Due to Sony being down with the hackermiciticis - I was unable to redeem my code for the Flames of Inquisition Armor/Weapons etc.  I started into the Storyline and was able to redeem the code today.  From what I have read - you receive these items when you wake up in Haven and they are in a chest at that time.  I am much farther that that point - and have gone back to the correct house I woke up in - but there is no items waiting for me?  Is there another place to look to get these items - or am I SOL until I start a brand new campaign?

Actually I'm pretty sure the flames DLC is found in Skyhold, that's where I found mine.

That point in Haven you will find a level 2 weapon and armor that is based on the class you have choose.  Once you get to Skyhold you will be able to claim recipes to craft them at any level you desire, it will appear as a chest giving a quest on your mini-map and the mount is an instant quests on the War Map.
