Most hated might be too extreme. The one I dislike the most is not Sera, but Varric. He is poorly written in Inquisition. My interactions with him are fairly limited, I hate the fact that the game automatically assumes we have played DA2, and limits his dialogue. Because the way he talks to me is as if he is a celebrity, and even in faraway Ostwick I must've heard of him. He was bearable in DA2, but here I just wish there was an option I could make him leave. The fact that I'm playing an archer myself helps of course.

Vivienne I can't stand. She's just such an unbelievably selfish hypocrite it's almost intolerable.

Solas or Blackwall. Solas is a non-entity unless you're an elf and Blackwall has the dullest voice on record.

I don't like Blackwall, and I really thought I would. He gives me this sad, drunk, uncle/lumberjack vibe instead of the dashing irishmen vibe I got before the game came out. xD To make things worse, there's a scene where he's chopping wood. Har.

I still gave him a chance, but he hates, like, every decision I've made. Which is cool, I guess. But we can't even talk about anything because of it. I can't even properly dislike him because he's just some random guy who hangs around at Skyhold and basically says "F*** YOU!". I'm totally meh about him. Atleast with Merrill (another character I disliked), I had something to go off of. Blackwall is just...there and hating. Like, okay?

On a positive side, I love Solas and Cole, and I thought I wouldn't like them. Their voice actors did a great job. Everyone else is mostly on levels of "oooh" and "meeh".

Sutherland and crew for companion DLC plz. I loved them and I'm sad they're not in the tavern anymore.

I have almost 200 hours in and can rightly say now don't dislike any of the followers, now if we get to others can rightly say a few names.

Hate is a strong word, how about dislike? I am assuming this thread is about the companions and none of them is deserving of hate. They are comprised of people that came from prestigious roles (Vivienne) and people who are considered outcast in society (Solas) and they all bring to the Inquisition different views and advice. I dislike none of them, even if I disagree with someone I still think about their point of view and how it interacts with my own. All of them are important to the Inquisition, even Sera.

Now that I think of it, Vivienne disliked every decision I made, I guess it was a mistake to recruit her in the first place, but *sigh* I'm still on my first playthrough and wanted to meet all the characters.

All the cast is colorful. For real. Blackwall is such a tragic fgiure, Cassandra was a must for me since Da2. Sera is fantastic. Solas is also a nice guy, mysterious.
Viviene is royalty-snob, she is supposed to be unlikable and it really shows, this is why i like her!
Dorian is aweosme. his sarcastic voice is great!

The character other than Sera that I liked the least? I'm kind of fond of the DA:I cast overall, so I'm going to cheat and go back to a previous game.

I'm not that far into the game with my light-hearted character to have seen that but I'm looking forward to it!

I should add that while I dislike Vivienne as a "person" I do think she's a great character for precisely that reason.

You're perfectly correct when you point out that not everyone dislikes Sera (I threw her out of the Inquisition following her incredibly reckless behaviour in her companion quest - which is a shame, because I liked her). Your mistake was in accusing the OP of error.

I really don't HATE anyone of the group. Not even Sera, I find her unintelligible mumbling quite amusingly irritating.

 

Though I guess I just don't like blackwall that much...he is...maybe too old? ^^ His voice-work also doesn't thrill me, guess he has become my Wynne of DAI, wasn't too fond of her as well (wine-sipping granma always commenting on my Warden's relationship). not hate though, just...don't really care for him...

You're perfectly correct when you point out that not everyone dislikes Sera (I threw her out of the Inquisition following her incredibly reckless behaviour in her companion quest - which is a shame, because I liked her). Your mistake was in accusing the OP of error.

As you say, it could simply be that the OP is interested in reasons people have to dislike characters beside Sera.

If I had to pick another companion to dislike other than Sera (who I really don't dislike THAT much - I just haven't yet made a character who she gets along with), I would have to go with Blackwall. 

 

Who I still like. I just like everyone else slightly more.

I don't hate any companion but..... Sera is definitely the bottom for me.  That's why Bioware gave us a kick out button for her!

Sera is my favorite in the game, pi$$ off. She's hated because she doesn't like being an elf and often looks down on nobility of any kind. She can't get away with this while other characters blatantly tell you they are racial supremists, or they are alright with slavery, or that people should be killed for their beliefs.
