I don't know why this hadn't occurred to me earlier, but combining a fire flask with cheap shot is freaking awesome. Turn your DW rogue into an archer for 5-8 seconds while sundering everyone's armor in the process. This doesn't rival twin fangs in DPS, but its a thousand times safer. Its not hard to unleash 5 rounds of cheap shot, which is 20 daggers each as strong as a DW rogue's melee attack and a good bit faster.
I've found this extraordinarily useful against the many AOE enemies which are a bit intimidating to melee with the fever that a fire flask demands. It can also build up guard really fast if you have the appropriate masterwork gear.
I haven't tested the upgrade, precision shot because I heard it was bugged, but I plan to now that I see how awesome this is.
