I find that the helmet variety in this game is fairly disappointing (http://imgur.com/a/SVWZr), especially considering that when you approach lvl 20 there are very few options to choose from, because some of the helmets are not available with higher stats, even if crafted.

 

This leaves high lvl characters with only a few viable options (only 5 if we exclude the vitaar, which is just face paint and for qunari-trained only), and all of those helmets look pretty ugly in my opinion: http://dragonage3.wi....com/Head Armor

 

I sincerely hope the devs will add some DLC with new gear, or at least with higher lvl versions of the existing helmets. Moreover, some extra helmets are in the game already, but they are only for NPCs (e.g., the wingless version of the warden helmet), it would be nice to have access to those as well.

yeap...and more flexibility in character creator..

Problem with helmets is they all fit weirdly since they have to account for different races etc. Thats why i find all of them annoying as they all seem too big to fit properly.

I find the only character that the helmets fit on is Blackwall.. excluding the inquisition hat His head fills every helmet properly whilst your head appears to be half the size and sits all the way at the back of the helmet

You are right. Just tried it and yes helmets etc fit blackwalls head right, while on my inquisitor they look weird and too big.
