Also can we get PC controller support across all 3 games? Some of us like to play PC games on a tv.

To make the games more realistic, they need to:

1 ) Remove all sound when you're traveling in space.  Mainly in space battles.  Sound waves DO NOT travel in space.

2 ) When the crew of the Normandy return from near the black hole in Mass Effect 2, they need to account for time dilation.  People on Earth need to be older than the those who traveled through the Omega Four relay.

Those most egregious errors MUST be corrected before I will buy them...

I wonder how many FemShep players use the default.  Seems very, very small.

If any event, it wouldn't be a bad idea to tweak Jane's appearance back towards how she looked in ME1/2.

I like femshep's default look in ME1 and ME2, but in ME3 I've used the default look a couple of times and the rest custom looks

There's something iconic about the default characters.  Maybe because they were on the cover?  I dunno, but I always prefer Sheploo to whatever I create.

I think it's actually really tough to create a decent looking male shep. especially in ME1. I always end up with a gorilla face somehow. :)

Femshep is somewhat easier to make look good. Especially in ME3, you can create some beautiful Femsheps (although, often, they will look a bit too young.

As for controller support, I hope you guys are aware of this:

I've always thought that the generic male faces reminded me of Chris Lambert.  Even some of the generic looking male NPCs!

There are mods for that.

They're just as dumb and slapdash as the actual ending. I wasn't looking for a sappy ending, I was looking for a coherent ending.

"Yo dawg, I heard you didn't want to be killed off by synthetics so I made some synthetics to kill you off so you wouldn't be killed off by synthetics."

Pay no mind to the fact that synthetics could kill off intelligent races between cycles or that the Reapers could just hang around and make sure no one creates AI synthetics...

Less spaztic ME1 enemies

ME1 enemies that shut the **** up once in awhile

I second this. So tired of hearing the mec's shout "I will destroy you!" or "Go, go, go!" twenty times in a half minute firefight.

I predict you won't be buying the theoretical remastered trilogy then. If those two points are at the top of your priority list then you're gonna have a hard time.

Them being on the cover does not make them iconic. You were simply convinced by Bioware's marketing that Sheploo is the ideal look when that isnt the case. Bioware WANTS you to create your own Shepard but they needed a set "look" to market their game so they did the whole Sheploo thingy.

That is why I NEVER played with the default Shepard as he was simply a tool created by Bioware's marketing department to sell games.

Then again, I am a non-white gamer so I may be less inclined to yet again play as another white male in a videogame when I am given the option to play as another "look" by creating my own. So in a way, I do believe race is involved in some way as a white gamer (male or female) may be more open to playing with the defaults as compared to say.....a black person such as myself who may be wanting to see a black male/female space hero for once.

I was hoping that you'd point out the other scientific flaws in the series that actually SHOULD derail my enjoyment.

I am dissapoint...

Makes sense. Until the gaming world starts to include main characters that are actually representative of the people that play them, RPGs are the only way to go.

Assumptions for what? Sheploo not being iconic or my point about racial influence in our decision to go default versus creating our own?

Just ignore him, he's trolling.

Personally, I prefer playing "default" male Shepard but that's only because I find it really hard to create a decent looking male in all three games. Might just be me though, I'm not good at making faces.

I've become rather attached to his face though. I can create pretty femSheps all the time but not using his face seems wrong to me.

On the fence about having a "default" look for the protagonist, male or female, for advertising and on the game covers for the new game.

Implementation of a new character creator like the new inquisition one would be splendid

I can see why you would want to customize your own Shepard but for me the default one is the only true Shepard

He looks badass and is iconic

Why hate on him? You can have your Shep and I can have mine

I dont hate on him, I just dont see Commander Shepard when I see Sheploo. To me has "insert your own face here" written all over him, hust there for place holder status to me. However to others like you, he IS Shepard and everyone else is just ingame cosplayers.

It... didn't end well.

I tried the same - I wanted my Mshep to look like me (Scotts/Irish) reb/brown hair, hazel eyes, not much fat on my body.  What I ended up with was darn near the "Adventures of Fugly Spep!"

I once tried to make my Shepard look like Tyler Hoechlin. Never again. I just can't use that character creator xD

I always play Sheploo and he's my canon Shep.
