So the weekend event wants me to get 100 bow kills, great! I rolled an archer, got 100 kills. The second part want 100 greataxe kills, ? There isnt a class to pick from that uses a greataxe, that is unlocked for me yet anyway. I just got the game. Am I missing somthing? Can I use a battle axe with any of the classes that are unlockedby default?

Nope. You have to unlock the Katari or Reaver and get a Greataxe to do the challenge, sorry.

I think the other weekend challenge is still up isnt it? The great axe one might still be up by the time you get around to unlocking a class for it.

also note that certain skills also give weapon kill credit. dragon rage will give you great axe kills and spirit blade will give staff kills. i am sure there are plenty of others but a lot of people in the pugs I have run did not realize that.
