Okay, I think we've all got the point, the notes are about Stroud and NOT written by the HOF or Vellana,...

 

I actually would have like some clarification on the Wardens in Fereldan. Leliana says they disappeared, but the Wardens in Orlais turned out to be blood magicking the desert with Corypheus. What happened to the Fereldan Wardens? Are they with the HOF looking for a cure or did they just quit their job or something?? I kinda think they might be in the Deep Roads or something helping Orzammar reclaim the Thaigs and Deep Roads. Who knowss.

My money is that they're off on a Road Trip to visit the Free Marches and watch the Grand Tourney...
