It seems like they hired a retard off the street to come up with the most retarded way to download DLC. What is wrong with just entering a code and downloading it via the Bioware website as a .exe and installing it like any other mod? Why do we all have to go through this retarded system of networks and stuff.
It is probably for pirating but ME2 is already available as a torrent. You already lost the full game to those who are selfish enogh to pirate content. Those who legally bought the game will still legally get the DLC. It makes no sense to me whatsoever. Its like you are making it difficult to your costumers on purpose.
What is wrong with Bioware and DLC?

Though the way you phrased isn't quite the way I would put, I agree. I was disappointed that downloading DLC isn't as well integrated as it is in Dragon Age

Rest assured, they have 'Top Men' working on it. ...Top Men.

The OP is correct. Why cant I just enter the codes through the Xbox live Market place like every other game. Now I cant get any of my Pre-order items including the CE amour and weapon. I hope Bioware comes up with a solution.

Even with Dragon Age. Making the DLC appear on the stupid in game system is a waiste of time. Just have a .exe that installs the files and once you open up the game you have the dlc available. No need to be conected to the internet and download it inside the game.RurouniSaiya-jin wrote...

I'm not really sure what you are complaining about. After registering my game on the site and inputting my codes (Steam digital deluxe edition, if that matters), I was taken to a page with a list of all available DLC as .exe downloads. I downloaded them, ran the .exes to install each DLC pack and everything was in game without a hitch.
