...you'll have:

Co-op P v P

An AI High King of the Realm who make sure the other kings (the players) doesn't get too influential too challenge him.

Player types: knights, barbarian, thieves, assassin, Mage, cleric, merchant

Player base of operation - some will control land like the knight and barbarian but some like the thief and assassin will control organizations which has underworld bases in other player lands or legitimate bases like the cleric and merchant. A Mage tower in the mountains or an underground evil Mage occult organization in a knight player city.

War table operations, castle or base building, gathering of a cadre of troubleshooters (could be your sons or daughters that you give birth too), etc

The more influential (or decisions you make) you become, the base, land, people inhabiting will be more prosperous looking or it could slide into depression.

The P v P is somewhat. You don't have to be playing together all at once unless you want to micromanage the battlefield during war, skirmish, cattle raid, thief bulgary, assassination attempt, church sacking, religious uprising of the people against the Knights troops, merchant train raid, etc

You mean like Neverwinter Nights back in the day? Oh wait, that had multiplayer too. MP isn't tacked on, and is completely optional. It never ceases to amaze me how the enjoyment of others can be the annoyance of some. If you like singleplayer, play singleplayer. For those of us who like both, let us enjoy both.
