Yes, I too am receiving the same error. The e-mail account my Xbox account is registered with says I was born in 1986 (which I was) so I do not understand the issue.

this is the response i got back "log into your ea online account and make sure your age is also set appropriately. the game checks your age on your xbox gamertag as well as your ea online account." I honestly don't remember if I had an ea account before today and my gamer tag isn't attached to this one. I wouldn't know the fist thing about how to fix it if my gamertag was wrong. i guess ill have to stand in line to plead with ea.

I don't see anywhere to change my age. Am I missing something here?

I had the same problem, but managed to solve it. My bioware account is linked to my EA account, which is linked to my xbox live account, which is linked to my windows live account. I had not registered my date of birth in my windows live account.
I added my date of birth to my Windows Live account, and then I could access Cerberus Network.

I just purchased ME2 yesterday and was having the same problem. I contacted EA support and they told me it was a problem with my XBL game tag. So I called XBL - they told me that my age was listed correctly on my game tag and I had a normal adult account.
I'm able to access any other EA game online on my PS3, PC (dragon age) and even on another gamer tag that I made just to test this. For some reason, EA won't allow my main tag to access anything online, even though my EA account is fine and XBL support says (verified by four support techs on their end) that my gamer tag is perfectly fine and not a child account.
What's up, Bioware? You were so easy to use before you were eaten by EA.

And your gamertag is tied to the same EA account as your PSN account?
