It wasn't done in ME, it was a fanbase request after ME2 and it was incorporated into ME3 because of the import tool from ME2 or from a previous ME3 game. It's quite possible that you don't remember it, load the game again and check it, you'll see it's there :)

oh, ok. Never noticed it. But still, something like that in DAI would be nice. I spend a lot of time creating characters, and sometimes I'd like to use them again, but make them again in game is quite hard.  :(

Absolutely. Actually, why haven't I included it in the list already? Adding now.

Nothing MUST be added for free.  Having the facecodes would be nice.  Everything else on the list is "meh", for me.

PS - I just do not understand the obsession with hair.  Lack of hairs, new hairs, more hair, whatever.  It's just hair.  You can have an inquisitor with a broken nose and an inner iris a different color than the outer iris, but OMG where is the long flowing HAIR (that will clip through all of the weapons and armor, and might get set on fire by a mage, but as long as it looks fabulous, amirite).  I just do not understand this part.

About the walk/run features, I just come back from the game and see something strange :

When you move outside of battles, you can run pretty quickly. But when you enter a battle, your hero stop running! At the very moment he must quickly run at the enemy to close the distance and stop the archer to make damage, he WALK! There is no possibility to run at all outside of some skills. In DAIMP you can run when you are in battle but not in the solo campaign!

Pretty strange for the PC players. Basically, if they don't want to run, they must enter battle mode... The "walk" is possible. It's inside the game code. So, why?

one other thing is the specializations - have them already unlocked or fix the quest
e.g. way of the tempest - i killed one of the three demon groups and didn't know it was part of a quest and now i can't complete it to get tempest specialization

I believe they respawn at some point.

It's cause you probably haven't checked the other two spots carefully. I had to dig through the web a bit to find out the exact spawn locations. But once you kill one of the three demons, it won't respawn again. There are three separate ones, one at each location. It's not a bug, you just need to search a bit.

One thing I would really like to see added is body types. I can't stand looking at my male elf in Skyhold Pajamas. Some may like the starved look but i don't. Just adding 3 types to each race would be nice. Thin (elf can't get thinner..), muscular, and heavyset. Would be nice to have a in shape looking elf. Also having a large axe wielding qunari with a gut would be something. Main issue is elves look horrible though.

And hairstyles have been mentioned, especially for qunari.

Also crafted Vitaar for qunari. Shouldn't be hard just need to use herbs as the crafting material. Add special value to them for that only. Find different designs and have one herb control color and the other effect?

You don't play many female chars then I suppose? Because if anything is important for a female char (as far as I am concerned) its hair. At least various ponytails, and braids would be nice. I couldn't care less for iris-colour, so redundant...bur hair really defines the look of a char. And it doesn't have to be all long flowing hair that clips, or those rather disturbing anime-hair from Nexusmods...

But some simple braids, ponytails, and some variation to the page-cuts? Simple shoulder-length hair mayne? Didn't clip in DAO or Da2?

I agree. But body type and extra armors would take extra coding. So, I'm not including those (however bloody tempting)

I'm not "generalizing", I'm not making any assumptions here that lead to any generic feeling or compartmentalization or the lack thereof, I am COMPILING A LIST of all the MINOR FIXES that myself and OTHER PEOPLE have noticed and complained about EN MASSE in several OTHER POSTS IN THE FORUMS. And yeah, I'm getting a little sick of this don't say this don't say that, I'll say whatever the god damn I want. Hope that's clear. For COMBAT fixes please refer to the link I include at the END OF THE INITIAL POST. Thanks.

I'm not saying "you shouldn't voice your opinions", all that I'm saying is that I think this is not the best way. I wouldn't like anybody to tell me what I must do if I had delivered, and they had, a complete experience. If we're talking about bugs, then it's alright, but adding things is different. Adding more hairstyles would be great, who wouldn't like that? Demanding them to do it, not that nice. Sorry if you think I'm wrong, it's just my opinion. I would be more inclined to listen to the fans if they asked things nicely, not telling me what I MUST do, more so if I consider I have delivered a good game, but that's just me. Extra is always good, though. You're welcome.

Well, if the game was working smoothly, if the game was wonderful as a stand-alone and if our demand were the last inch between this game and the "game of the generation", this thread will be unpolite, for sure.

They made us angry. They give us crap. They tear lot of gimmicks of the trilogy or even don't learn anything of the ME trilogy. If you ask me, they are gifted to have a so polite fanbase.

Tried the game again today. I have music! Wouhou! Yeah, but I don't know if she is good because I have at least 2 musics at the same time. A company that make my ears bleeding don't deserve slave pleas, okay?

Oh, this little ugly world :)

You see - DA: I isn't a free gift for everyone. It is, actually, one of the most expensive games I've ever bought. 'Bought' part means I've paid my actual money to get it. And that means I'm a customer, and EA is a seller of the Bioware product.

When you buy a car the company that produced the car is responsible for the quality of the final product.

IT'S ****** RIGHT I'M NOT BEGGING FOR CHANGES, I WAS LIED TO BY PR! I GOT ****** SHITBAG INSTEAD OF MY MITSUBISHI LANCER FOR THE LAMBORGINI PRICE!

But as a loyal customer I'm not asking to solve customization and appearance problems for free. I can actually pay for it. You see?

I'M READY TO PAY THOSE BA****DS MORE THAN I DID ALREADY TO GET MY LANCER!

Which is unfair from my POV, but it's how the world works.

If we're talking about bugs here, I'm with you. That's something that's preventing everyone from enjoying the product, and it's not what was promised. But adding extra things, although it's great, and I would love it, it's just that, adding. They didn't fail to deliver, they never promised 40 hairstyles, or a beautiful dress for Skyhold.

It's like you like a car, you buy it, but then you want the company to paint it in another color, a color that wasn't included in the catalogue. And you're telling them they HAVE TO do it. At least, that's how I see it, correct me if I'm wrong. I agree in that we have to voice our opinions, it's just the way of voicing them of some fans what I don't like.

Note: I also bought DAI, it wasn't a free gift. I want the bugs fixed. I'll have to start another playthrough because in my current one, there's a bug where I can't get Dorian's quest. That's annoying. That's something they should fix ASAP. I'd love more hair options, some combat preferences represented, and a lot of other things, but I understand that's extra. And I'm sure they'll add them in the future, if we ask them nicely. I just don't understand the attitude of asking for something as though you were entitled to it, just because, without any kind of consideration for those who created this game, and all the work they put into it. Whatever, it's late and I'm tired, maybe the OP didn't mean it this way, it's just what I understood reading the title and all.

The problem I have is that song subtitles cut out. So I want them to show up not vanish.

I'm not aware of any games that let you pause cutscenes. Certainly none of their recent games let you do so.

I used shitbag reference because i didn't want to use really dirty language.

Okay, look at this my way. I want a cool-looking car. I pay a lot for it as it was pictured in the producer's showcase.

But I get something that looks like LADA! (Sorry, peeps, i didn't want to use this word).

I am staying right there in the middle of a hall saying - hey, I didn't pay for THAT.

But the shopkeeper says "It's completely fine. Go try it!"

I think like "Well PR can't be all that wrong. Maybe it's just my imagination?" and take the LADA-looking car.

I drive it for a few hours and get sick. So sick I just leave it in a stunning silence and go to sleep. Then I go for refund and the support doesn't reply in time and... pshhh... 24h is passed, I can't get a refund. Because they say it's hardcoded to the system.

So what do I have? 60 dollar debet, game that looks uglier than it was in the showcase and can do much less things, and a broken heart over females. Those oily hairstyles make me sick. Other flaws are so serious I don't want to play the game anymore.

Hairstyle problem is as bad as it can ever be. You see, my female elf Inquisitor doesn't like bobcuts. But bobcuts aren't even the most evil choice, as half of the options are the varieties of BALD.

My noble man Inquisitior wanted a nice mannish hairdo. But he can get either sort of bald (half of the options) or sort of bobcutted (clearly female hairdos). What the hell? Did bald people sure Biowares for offend? I mean, like, not much bald people included into Bioware games?

all the FF from the time of FFX. oh, and both the Kingdom Hearts, too. Is something that is present in many game from the time of the PS2. Can't be too difficult to do now, isn't it?

Dye packs and the "village vs keep" missions.

Specializations actually having impact on the story like we were told. Race having an impact on the story like we were told. I remember being told we'd get "unique side missions that vary on those" and at most I got war table missions. But they were useless as ever.

Being able to actually customize the Inquisition's soldiers. I remember being told we could do that.

And the other things we were shown because "its final and 100% in the game" but weren't in the game

It'd be nice if Skyhold actually got fixed up too. Seems like after the first 2-3 missions once I got to skyhold they stopped fixing it.

It's as it always happens in modern countries. Budget gets stolen, government refuses to fund it more than it was intented at first => Job half-done.
