I seem to agree with everything, in various degrees, everything on that OP's list.

One thing, that actually baffles me that it wasn't that way from the start,  which should be changes: A colour wheel for the hair (& eyebrows). They put two colour wheels in there for the eyes alone, but then you have to select pre-set hair colours? Whut? Baffling to me, seriously.

Also: Largely take away/tone down the power requirements for the main story line. I love exploring the world & all, and doing side quests. But forcing me to do trivial sh*t, so i'll have a certain amount of power, is incredibly annoying when I want to go play through the main story line. And it takes away from replayability as well. Like it is it would not be enjoyable to play through the story for the 3rd, 4th, whatever time, like It is when you blaze through Mass Effect for the 10th time. All because it's bogged down with largely trivial, largely characterless, side missions.

I think I had something else, but it's escaped me right now.

Oh! And make the black, black, not the blueish black it seems to be.

Yes I wondered about that black as well, but I'm used to putting several things by now down to my crappy gameplay at the xbox360, so didn't think it was generic :P

I hear that, and I am very let down by the sole Qunari you have in the team. He's a joke. He's nothing like Sten, nothing like the Arishok, nothing like the Qunari in anything but those really unsexy, awful-looking horns. I would like to see a major revamp of the Qunari, and I know other people would as well, however, I can't add that to the list, as it's an issue that would require extra coding and programming. :(

I agree with your list, but I have 5 additional points. 1) select all companions for ease of navigation, the pathfinding is poor in confined  areas  2) global loot all hot key 3) the addition of DA:O's tactics system, the AI is very very average 4) I have a bed a chair and ground galore, let me me sit or sleep where ever I want. 5) collision detection is hopeless... ramming speed is needed to many times... you short fat dwarf get out of the friggin door way.

Less MMO fetch quests and more quest progression with substance, with drama, with comedy, or food fights. DA:I is a beautiful game world but the rest feels rushed and at times feature less and bland.

I agree with you, and these would be some totally sane and reasonable improvements, however I can't add them to the list as they would require extra coding or programming :/

Exactly. We just need to let 'em know that these are some things we'd all really really like to see adressed.

I love that Bioware takes the time, well, more time than most anyway, to interact with it's fans and players and implement feedback. But we have to let 'em know what we'd like to see done, so I hope this thread gets the traction it deserves!

So...this stuff didn't make it in the game either because they didn't want it in the game because of time/money/manpower constraints. It's not exactly realistic to think they'd spend time and money producing it for free when they could be working on other dlc that pays the bills. You'd have a much better chance if you picked one thing that wouldn't require rewriting the game across the board or tons on new modelling. One simple thing.

A good thing would be for Qunari having horns and hair slide be separated. I had to compromise wich horns I liked more (but not my preferred ones) with the less horrible hairstyle. -_-

Right, I have condensed the styling issues, hair, horns, beards, eyebrows all into one single point. Namely the first.

Suggestion :

*The advances camps and stronghold must COST some Power. After all, we use ressources to get control of area. We have far too much power in the endgame (hear about it, never be able to come close of end).

*Each advance camp give some ressources with time. The more he is advanced in the map, the better ressource we get.

Done what I can, hopefully it gets a bit more support. These are things a lot of players would like to see happen. And Bioware won't see that we want to see it happen unless we see to it that they see it. See what I'm sayin'?

A few suggestions of my own:

- About the whole reverting Darkspawn to their Origins appearance, I don't think hat's going to happen, at least not in Inquisition. Firstly, this is something that is ultimately their artistic decision. Secondly, I think that'd take an awful lot of effort on their end in order to change out their models. IMO, I think that's the sole item on the list that tip-toes over the line into slightly unreasonable territory. But maybe that's just me.

- I'm not sure if this is worth adding, as it is almost a given that we'll see this in future updates or DLC, but there are some notable missing Skyhold decor options. A small part of me died when there was an option for a Chasind Throne and Free Marches Decor, but no option Elven Throne or Dalish Decor. Those just seemed like super obvious options to be in a game where your inquisitor can be an Elf :/

-Same principle applies here, but I wash likewise crushed when we didn't have the option of a Halla mount. I mean, Halla are a staple of Dalish culture, you can be a Dalish elf, but you can't ride a Halla? Don;t get me wrong, Hearts are cool and majestic. But I was kind of expecting Halla to show up in the 'Exotics' category at some point. Instead we simply got a few different color varieties of Nugs. Amusing as that is, I think we need more diverse mount options. But again, this is something we're almost certain to see already in future DLC, so not sure if it's worth adding to the list.

The horrendously ugly beige pajama outfit & lack of storage chest are easily the 2 worst decisions they could quite easily fix.  It's not like they haven't given us multiple casual outfits for wearing around HQ (ME 2 & 3) or storage chests (Origins & DA2) in previous Bioware games.  And since they tried to make a Skyrim like game, they might have noticed that Skyrim had tons of non-combat casual outfits & massive amounts of storage.

Actually yes, you have a very good point about the Darkspawn, which is also the only point in the list I'm not quite certain about either. I think it might need removing, as it also goes against the "no extra coding/programming" rule.

I agree completely with you about the Halla mounts and the more Dalish decor etc, but I fear that they may release those in a paid expansion :/

Meh not just more. We actually need something to feel like home for knife-ears.
