Well at least there's a way around it then. I just feel like the power/influence system is underutilised.

It depends though because the costs are rather high for the licenses, I believe you can easily miss the quest, but in any case, if you don't want to absolutely do no sidequests whatsoever you can buy the points needed for the main quest, and end your very short story right there lol.

Yeah, I'm not sure why someone would skip the side content, but it's nice to have the option. Main issue is things being there just to look pretty. And there's a bit too much of that. It's not an argument for content being cut, it's a complaint that the job's not finished. All this being said at the risk of sounding entitled, but I'm hoping that the community team at BioWare knows the spirit in which all our feedback is given.

Suggestion : change the "destruction" of the inventory in solo campaign into the "salvage" of the inventory in the DAIMP.

Most of the grey stuff gives almost no money and it will be a good way to have rare ore or materials for crafting.

I'll be honest: none of these complaints bothered me that much.
The fact that there are 2 straight male romancable options kinda bothers me but here is one thing I wish existed: Direct Importing.
PC and old gen console players who have DAO and DA2 should be able to directly import their decisions to DAI. We all know that the Keep is a huge hassle and who remembers whether or not they helped Cammen and Ghena get married? Practically no one unless they've recently played DAO!
There was NOTHING wrong with the import system in ME or DA2. I'm not saying ditch the idea of DA Keep, it's genius that you can create your world! But allow loyal players from the beginning to continue their story without making them play 20 questions 10 times.

Something I'd very much like to see return to the series, and in fact was a little disappointed it wasn't even a pre-order option or anything, is the Blood Dragon armor. I would have loved to have had an updated version of it, since it's been in the past two games (and even Mass Effect 2 and 3). I've also seen concept art of an unused armor for Dragon Age 2 that was a medieval version of the N7 armor from Mass Effect and think it'd be great to finally have it make it into a game.

Also, I don't know if it's been mentioned in this thread or not, but I'd love to see Bodahn and Sandal make a return in some DLC and join the Inquisition. Having Bodahn selling his wares would be a great way to introduce the above mentioned armors into the game as well.

Anyone else suggest more armor's in general yet? Game seems to lack in the Variety section of the armors, including race-specific problems like lack of Qunari armor or even the appearance of armor.

That's actually a money back situation. They should refund everyone on previous gens beause frankly, this game is clearly not designed to be able to run on anything but new or at least not very well. They just did it for the money without considereing that it would run like crap. They should fully refund everyone who has it on old gen since it's likely it will never be able to run well on old gens as it was designed for new gens.

Heck I have a one year old gaming rig that can't run this thing because the specs are apparently still not good eough though they meet the standards. My rig beats out all the old gens by miles. There's just no way it could run on old gens well at all.

I actually play DA:I on my PS 3 and it runs just fine. Occasionally it will crash during a auto save and if the game starts auto saving while in combat the frame rate drops. But, I have enjoyed my time with DA:I with very few problems.

Im sure it's already been said but the ability to pick your armor and weapons colors that isnt related to the materials you use. Some materials give some pretty cool mods on your gear but i don't want to run around in bright orange and purple gear thanks!

I'm with you on your improvements.  Especially the storage chest.

One of the other things I liked about DA:O and DA2 was the room map on the screen, not haveing to go to Quest Map to check on your location.

You bet your bottom doller we sound entitled! We are entitled, as this is, in many respects (and let's be frank here, the aesthetics are just one fifth of it) a substandard game.

I'll give you the answer to that. There is no direct import because the game was never made for release on old gens consoles aka the consoles people have played the previous installments. The game is made with a next gen engine that they nerfed to a despicable degree so it can fit the old gen memory capability and in so doing, neither the old gens nor the new gens NOR the pc players have the expected beautiful experience. They could release a direct import for PC only, but, given the state the game is in, and the fact that they made sure it won't be necessary through the keep, I doubt they ever will.

You are talking about major coding here. Not the but of this thread. Here, it is to find way to make an enjoyable moment with low time of work form Bioware.

Yeap, that was a HUGE oversight there, Bodhan has been with us since the very beginning... makes you think really, doesn't it, if it's not just completely different people writing this, who haven't even bothered to play the previous games. The game has too little love in it man... you can tell if a game has been lovingly crafted, and this aint it.

Damn, I think I may have to create another thread with improvements for paid DLC that people have suggested here, those are legitimate requests and great suggestions.

This is a huge issue there, people complain about the lack of armours and weapons and mostly about the lack of personal customization for them, and omg may I just add what's with Solas looking like a bum all the time........

I don't know if it is already said...but having a way to actually buy rare projects for crafting would be great, instead of farming chests and hope...

Maybe an itinerant merchant who appear only sometimes, or having those project appear sometimes (as if the merchant have a very good occasion) to all the merchants in game. That would make even interesting actually looking if the local merchants have something new when you pass by.

Yes, and it's all fair, however, there are ways to make him a little bit cooler popper. I hit a bug when accidentally he could use a warden battlemage armor that has the human battlemage schematic and he looked so cool it was painful lol.

First of all - thank you for making such a great thread/suggestion list.

I am incredibly happy about da:i as a game - been lucky about bugs i guess - and realise many of my complaints are aesthetic, like clipping. I really feel your list encompasses many issues though which could make da:i so much better - small differences could really make this game more amazing. We need the modding community on the go too as they provide so much excellent material.

I spent an hour wrestling with the CC, oh sweet buttery jesus it was like painting a still-life. I thought I had it right from the three phrases she repeats but nope - her teeth sometimes clip OUT OF HER MOUTH when she talks which is pretty horrific! This came up after the hinterlands was significantly underway. Need more facial expressions and phrases in the CC.

I found doing the delicate features of a female elf difficult around the chin as the mouth protruded significantly. A retake of the CC may fix this or continue my neuroses - either way, that is a big plusplusplus.

Bioware tweeted this was underway - but we have no idea of a date? That would put my mutant inquisitor at ease for some much needed dental work.

Totally support the hair styles and mirror suggestions. Heck, put the mirror into the Inquisitor's quarters, that might make the room actually useful!

Also, I would like to salvage items and get their looks added as an optional slot to my schematics. I would love to produce armor that looks like the Grey Warden armor sets, or the Templar Commander sets, and so on. The models exist already. That's something I'd actually pay for, since it's a nice to have and not a bug fix or something.

I would also like to mark an armor set as "Ceremonial Armor" - to be automatically equipped when the Inquisitor passes judgment and all that.

Sorry if I'm just repeating what others have posted before.

A little thing that bugged me while creating Hawke was the lack of the originals DAO/2 tatooes. I can see hairstyles change, but I can't really see the change of a facial tatoo...

The returning of those tatooes would be very appreciate.

Thank you for your kind words, but no, we don't need the MODDING COMMUNITY on the go. 2/3 of the players can't use mods. We need BIOWARE on the go fixing those things. And if PC players get their mods they will conveniently shut up about it all, and then the Bioware/EA will never listen to our complaints on the grounds of "there are mods for those things, let's make some expansion instead".

And that is yet another amazing idea... I am so tempted on starting that second thread with all your suggestions....
