There was problem when I removed ck2 from my computer, now I must reinstall NWN2

I noticed few bugs: I get message that xp didn't found string, that there's not enough space on the disk (but let's me download the game), and I got similar messages that computer didn't found some kind of string, but I don't recall much.

Any help?

Windows XP?  How much disk space do you have?

Installing unpacks the DL, so you need free space to do it. How much free space do you have on your primary hard drive?

I have Windows 7. Would unpacking to c (where's no enough space, only 3gb free) be a problem? I might free disk space, but that's not likely.

my opinion?

free up 10 to 20 gb, or change your system temp folder to d:

(no, I don't know how to do that nor do i recommend it -- i just know it's possible)

OK. One more question. Would outright installation of Storm of Zehir be good idea? I mean, without Mask of the betrayer or OC installed on computer? I have all three disks.

I heard you must install all three in specific order, otherwise you risk bugs.

Can you move ~10gb off your C: temporarily

just move stuff off, install, then move it back perhaps

I succeed to free up 9,47 GB free. Is this enough for installation?

dunno, i'd go for a bit more

if you can find your <user>/temp directories, they're usually full of garbage ...

I installed SOZ and try to patch the game... I use patch found here: http://neverwinterva...rements_tid=All, and moved rtf to patch folder. Then I open nwn2 interface and clicked update. First it say patch was successful, then it says patch has been aborted because there's no atari web page anymore. When I open the game, it says I have version 1,020 (final). How to solve this?

I used this http://neverwinterva...patcher-tnt220 but I don't think it worked... I can't change camera mode!

you may need to install or reinstall DirectX 9.0c on your computer.

you'll know if the patching worked if the opening screen reads v1.23.1765 in the lower left corner

I was planning to install the game on c, and I even free up the space, but then I changed my mind. My brother installed the game on d and it worked fine, up until he messed up with many games on our comp. So I decided to install on d. I get same message when I install it on c and when I install it on d (I done both).

If you had an old version and have re-installed then the registry might have got a bit corrupted. I'd uninstall completely and then run something like CCleaner and use the registry cleaner option, before trying a clean install using the TNT patcher.
