Assuming I'm going for a Divine Leliana with a Cassandra romance, is it better to have Cassandra reform the Seekers or let them go? Personally I'm fine with either choice as my Inquisitor isn't exactly going to be free due to his duties and he never imagined Cass and himself ever settling down on a cottage to have kids, so having her do her thing rather than sitting in Skyhold seems best for her.

Also, what new purpose would the Seekers have in a free Mage Thedas?

Hhmm I don't think it matters with the Seeker decision, I never noticed any significant changes but Cassandra has dedicated her life to the Seekers, literally. You actually hear Cassandra tell Sera in party banter that she started Seeker training when she was 6 so personally i feel better having her rebuild the Seekers. Also if you make Leliana the new Divine make sure you harden her, an unhardened Leliana will not deal with the threats as Divine and I predict a sad outcome if that happens.

Well, considering Leliana's reforms and support of mage autonomy, I don't see Cassandra's Seekers having a role in the Chantry of Andraste under her rule (and Leliana doesn't accept Cassandra's offer for her to come back to the Chantry, either). It would likely be an independent group, perhaps aimed at dealing with trouble in the same way that the Inquisition was when it was just a small group at Haven.

I supported her reforming them. I don't want her to be Divine, so she needs to be doing something. That's who she is. She wants to make a difference in service to the Maker. I can't take that away from her.

It's a no brainer, Divine or no Divine for me.

I never really cared much about seekers and I trust Cassandras judgement in that matter so I let her decide. That being said I can't support anyone else but her to be a Divine. Maker forbid Vivienne becomes one, the thought of that alone makes me shiver.

I just tell her to forget about it, let her focus on Inquisition and living for a bit. Also, i'm not sure it is good to

bring back a corrupted organization, they are rotten to the core.

And if I had Leliana as Divine, I would change the whole things like she said, Seeker is a part of old chantry,

no place for them in her new reform chantry.

To think of it, at the end of the game almost everyone aside from advisers will leave the inquisition, I'm not

sure Cassandra will be able to sitting around when they still have tons of work to do.

But in my opinion, they only things this choice will affect are how Cass will be mentioned in next game or her

cameo (as a lady seeker or agent of the inquisition)

I recall telling her to try to reform the Seekers - figured if I gave everyone else a chance at redemption, why not them? Besides, I considered Cass a friend, and it was kind of important to her.

Cassandra really wants to improve the world, so my inquisitor backs her play, although it seems he inadvertantly discouraged her from becoming divine, which is kind of par for the course in a romance, lol. Supportive as a guy might try to be, it's had to feel awesome about your girlfriend becoming the celibate head of a church. ;) He did tell her she should try to make the seekers better though

Considering that Cassandra thinks she can truly reform the order for the better, and the usefulness of Seeker powers, I told her to make them better.
