I know you can get them from the venatori in the hissing wastes, but after I clear out that map, it seems like the venatori camps don't spawn anymore. I keep running into red templar camps though. The few venatori camps that I managed to find stopped spawning the cloths and only give me crap like dwarf statues. This is frustrating. Is there no way for me to farm these cloths now?

Neither faction should stop spawning completely - sounds like you've had a run of bad luck.

Unfortunately, you can't purchase tier 3 materials anywhere, so farming in Hissing Wastes is the most efficient way to get them.

Kind of lame that I have so much money and resources and have to go killing people for cloth -_-.

I figured out that there's usually a camp near your camp that randomly spawns either red templers or venatori (in my game it seems like red templars spawn twice as more as the venatori grr). So I just travel from one camp to another and kill the venator/templars near the campsite.

There is also a duplicate item exploit you could use if you are short on a specific resource.

Works for PS3 & 4, Xbox 1 & 360 and a PC that uses either an Xbox or PC controller. Not possible with KBM.

T_T I don't have a pc controller/xbox controller. I hope someone comes out with a mod soon. The RNG element of this game is frustrating.

i REALLY wish you could buy cloth or there were better ways to farm it. It's so frustrating that sources of leather, metal, and plants respawn reliably, but cloth is harder to find.

There is also cheatengine which can allow you to convert one item to another, or increase the quantity of items in your inventory.

Not true. This is also possible with a  KB+M controls. I have done it.  The space bar acts as the button for the sell all.. so if you left click the  sell item button and then about half a second later the spacebar, it does the item duplication trick.

Thanks, I will try it tomorrow and see how it goes.

I'm not sure how useful this'll be for you since you might already have cleared the Exalted Plains, but you can also farm royale sea silk from Revenants in some of the rifts there. Find a rift that spawns revenants, kill everything, loot what drops and then run out of the rift's range without closing it - running out of range will reset the rift, meaning enemies respawn as soon as you get near again. Rinse and repeat.

Also it's hilarious that stuff like loden wool is "rare" and I have 150 of them that I don't use while Royale sea silk is considered "common." Is it possible that the ratio of templars to venatori is high in my game because I sided with the mages?

It looks like me rebinding my space bar to jump might have messed up this option. time to use the cheat engine then.
