Me and many other people that I found on answers.ea.com have encountered this quite annoying bug. For example in my case, when I try to collect elfroot/iron and set up quarries, I get notified about it, but the inventory doesn't get updated. Also, collecting elfroots worked at the start of the game, but then they completely disappeared from my inventory around the time I accepted the first requisition in the Hinterlands (basically right when I arrived there). Please investigate this bug and try to correct it in the next patch if possible since so many quests depend on these materials that can't be collected.
