Just updated the thread
The first part has an update to a thread with a really good idea but is to big to be entered into the thread i recommend having a look. :)

Possible changes

Now its nice to get plus one point for promoting a character but im surprised you guys did not go further to make people want this even more.
I.e
1.why not make it so your first ten promotions with said character gives you a special icon

2. The next ten gave you a special name

3. The next ten gave you a special banner

4. The next ten gives you a level 23 class specific weapon

5. The last tier of the promotion for the character gives you a bad ass armor set for achieving 50 promotions with said character

And i dont mean like the horrible armors in there now more like this:

The red templar commanders earthquake spam move. he hits you with it, you get knocked down, you finally are able to get back up and he is already hitting you with it again and so on until you die. I get that its super easy to avoid but when he does hit you with it... annoying as frick. A solution to this would be to allow defensive and evasive moves to be used even when knocked down.

I've never experienced that but I can see where it'd be annoying

 

So annoying.. it happend to me twice today, first time i got trapped by our keeper and other archer as they had bunched up on me and it was a KO for the three of us.

Second time i wasnt really paying attention and he whammied me.

Worse on Perilous your lucky if you get a second chance at been hit. Not like there is much you can do about it lol. I added the idea in bud and gave you credit for it thanks again shadow.:D

You know what spins me out is everyone has the same idea's. We have all of them on the thread there brillant i am still going to give you credit for posting it here and i have a favour to ask. The Ativan crow idea reckon you could do it in the same format as the other classes and i will add it. If they add atleast half of the ideas here we will see such a good multiplayer. Thanks btw for the post the more people that list there ideas they like here the better chance we have. :)

I love it bud and gimmie like 20 mins or so and i will add it in. Just got some work to do lol ( i am at work). I hope they go with a zeveran style character i always loved talking to him lol. :D

Allow for individual characters to be name-able allowing for a more personal touch.

Physically show the armor upgrades for more individuality

Show a player latency bar due to the fact that lag can kill and excessive rubber banding is a major concern of most players

allow for leadership change ( force a host migration)

remove collision when reviving party members by allowing the player who is reviving to not be able to be pushed from the downed player. Edit: this should not include enemy attacks that have knockdown or status affecting abilities.

Possible changes

Possible storage chest to store items you dont want to salvage but dont want to fill your bags up with.

Add in aoe looting should help speed things up so you can collect multiple loots at the same time.

Environment influence spells during combat (Like electricity in water is stronger)

Improve clarity of spell circles. Like Dispel, or Immolate on grass (can be hard to see because of clipping).

Show elevation on the map with small arrows on enemies and NPCs.

Set more than one active goal at once so you can follow atleast three at once.

Ability to walk over rocks and small terrain elevation without stopping or slowing.
Less damage from falling from 5m or less.

Better jumping reaction.

Either improve characters movement speed just a bit or add some kind of short range dash or temporary sprint. This goes off the sprint idea already added and just to point out holding the sprint button after an hour or so it starts to hurt lol.

Make it possible to remove a mapped ability, making it empty again, without having to map another ability over it.

Add a way to customize the microphones settings when playing online such a volume, press to talk, etc,

An option to adjust fonts size.

1: Balance the loot system and giving incentive to unlock doors therefor artificially creating incentive to have all 4 classes on a team by making all rooms protected yet giving an item every time that has the same RNG chances as any purchasable chest item. Balance the gold loss by increasing the gold received in the pots by 15%.

Possible changes

Alchemist need their explosive mines worked on. Either they need to be able to throw them a distance like mages can place a ranged rune attack, or there needs to be a shorter timer on them so you can cast them more often. More often than not, the mines go off when the fight in the room is over and the group is leaving the room. I do understand that if the mobs walk over the traps that they will explode sooner, but that information is not in the tool tips, so the rogue with this skill always uses that as the first thing they use and then cannot use it for the actual fight--because the mines are next to the door that we just walked into. And the hunter and alchemist has dps that is lackluster, as the exploding mines would increase their dps greatly but the cooldown on that mine is often longer than any fight that takes place (minus the final boss level).

Tiers with infinite and gradual progression. I guess this was already suggested... But just in case it was not.

 

In Diablo 3 there are Greater Rifts: random maps, with random enemies and 1 Random Boss.

 

There are leaderboards per class like this one:

I just do not care about prestige. I could play with other chars to increase faster my prestige, but it's just not my target. I would love specific leaderboards though. 

 

I guess the most played char for "solos" and promotions is the AW, but add the variables "time", "class", "members" and "tier" and you will get a lot of people looking for new targets, class combos, strategy to be faster (and not just "survive")... And the AW thinking he is a pro just because he survives even in perilous because of his barrier will not be so cocky ignoring other members... He would res his mates asap to get more team DPS and finish faster for a better position in leaderboards.

 

One would need to complete X tier to be able to try the next one, of course; and the option to join when others have already started... Well, should not be available anymore.

 

I would love some kind of NPCs if you reach the last lvl solo, like in Dark Souls. Maybe Varric with mediocre stats and gear, or just 1 Katari, Archer or whatever; but some kind of "reward" and help because you finished 4 zones solo.

 

Edit: sorry for my Eng. :P

 

And I've forgotten to say there would be a time limit to complete a "rift". Or maybe a time limit per zone... So the exp-system, balance and many things should be reworked. + The chest rooms should give some kind of bonus, like: X points damage for the team for 3 mins, or % range defense, CC... whatever... (and gold).

 

The drop rate/loot quality should be improved (shop).

Personality: crazy as a mad hatter after many years of mixing alchemy and magic.

To many mages, the experimentation of the alchemist seems quaint, if not dangerous or frightening. A few mages take up the secrets of the bomb, however, fusing alchemy with their already considerable magical power.

Possible Changes

Possible idea to change up the game have a read.
We would remove routine, threatening and perilous and would have infinite tiers.
No limits for difficulty and promotiones + leaderboards for teams with 4 members, 3 members, 2 members and SOLO (in this case 1 per class).
Enemies' hp would scale more than their dmg (this should be balanced, and other issues).

1. Animal-based balancing. Bioware has an autistic fixation on animals and may be incapable of producing any other form of extra content besides reusing models with four legs. Katari needs at least 2 wolves to become viable. Venatori Commander should be given a ridable rhino or simply replaced by a Rhino Commander. The Arcane Warrior needs a 3% chance of spawning an enemy immortal Ghost of Ham at the start of each zone which forces the host to leave and rejoin. The class Goat should be added and the game renamed to Goat Simulator Online.

 

2. Approval/disapproval-based communication system: Bioware is averse to the idea of allowing people to communicate through text chat in their games, perhaps due to the employees believing that people who cannot speak or hear are probably retards who can't even type. Further discriminate against the handicapped by making them into romanceable companion NPC's, allowing players to select muted players and hit the Approve and Disapprove button to increase and decrease the approval rating of the muted players. Approval rating crossing specific thresholds will activate different intimate scenes, disapproval rating (less than 0) crossing specific thresholds will activate different antagonistic cutscenes (i.e. Goat headbutting and killing the deaf player's Katari). Cutscenes from singleplayer may be reused with nearly no effort on Bioware's part and will also give players something to do while waiting for someone to get back into a game after crashing or terminating the perma-loading game. Allowing the Goat class to romance any other class is legally inadvisable.

Personality: Angry and enjoys bathing in blood,only wants to fight

Rages are barely controlled, but there are those who wholly give in to their more savage side, letting their rages take them to a confusing and uncontrolled place of terrible savagery. These barbarians become beasts, consumed with absolute bloodlust to the point where they cannot tell friend from foe.


Daredevil

Class: rogue that uses swords over daggers
Personilty: witty,funny and knows how good they look and love to brag about it

As quick at wordplay as at swordplay, daredevils are dashing heroes, inspiring their allies to match their clever repartee and acrobatic feats. Daredevils often lean toward comedy, dance, oratory, and singing.
