Since the patch is out, has anyone tested duping yet? If it's truly gone?

Don't know if it's gone (am on the Xbox One, so it will be later). I am in the midst of my "Ultimate Exploit Playthrough" - after disciplining myself previously. Just my luck to get nerfed half way through

I'm ok with no exploits, but they need to fix the drop system - as the OP illustrates, it is impossible to get enough of some items to even do anything with them.

Yeah, I pretty much already said that in the opening post but at that time I had no usable rifts left and only 5 hearts, instead of 7. Due to bugginess or whatever, they don't always drop hearts even though they're supposed to. But this not just about these hearts anymore but duping in general. Curious to know if it really doesn't work anymore after patch.
