Whenever I come across her, she has the bubble over her head and doesn't sing anymore. I've tried talking to her but she only has one line and no dialogue options.
Why did the bard stop singing?

Check the War Table; sometimes a mission pops up which she has asked you to do.

When you finish the game you get rewaded with alot of the extras being removed. I get this on the saves were i play after the end mission is done no one talks to me or has interactions like before.
