As many others have said sounds like caffeine addiction. I haven't read the book myself though but from whats being described its the caffeine. I get horrible headaches myself from it, any time I've tried to switch I just go to another source of it, just switched from black tea to coffee and soon I'll switch to soda as is my cycle. Least with soda I can limit myself to one can a day, coffee I need at least two cups and tea is usually four or five cups a day if not more. Caffeine addiction kind of sucks a lot, sucks more to quit it imo think I'll just keep feeding my habit from now on.
Theory: Is Celene on drugs?

I have the same problem. The headaches are an...irritation.
It's better than being a lyrium addict I suppose...
