I sold Blackwall unique helmet, and I just realize now how cool he looked with it compared to other helms. Is there a way to get it back? The blacksmith at S.H. to which I sold it does not have it anymore. Is there a schematic to forge another one like it? Can I spawn it with the console?

If it has an item code, i would assume so yes. However i wouldn't worry about their Unique Helmets, atleast their first ones. Because you can immediatly make better ones not long after.
When you get a *Second Companion Helmet, like Vivienne's for example, you would want to keep that because unless you invest Dragon Parts, or tier 3 materials, thats the best she gets.

Thanks for the reply. But how can I get a second companion unique helmet? Are they found randomly or in specific quests?

Companion Helmets (Only a few, I.E Cole, Vivienne off the top of my head) are mostly gotten through Companion Quests. I think Cole's just appears in a chest beside where he stands in Skyhold.
