I've played two completionist games and I'm in the process of finishing a third one, but I've never found more than four Revenant hearts overall. I need six for the Superb Cleansing Rune I want. Are there any re-spawning Revenants? Unfortunately, the ones in the Cradle of Sulevin don't drop any hearts.

The rift in the fallow mire, the one in the circled cliff? I assume you destroyed it, but I think it always spawns a Revenant if you leave it.
