But if they are going to do Tevinter, surely they must do Par Vollen and Seheron with it... which seems pretty ambitious. If we go up north to Tevinter, and the Qunari-Tevinter war isn't a significant piece of the story, I'll be quite disappointed.
Yes, me too. My guess is that a lot of the Elven storyline will be moved along with DLC in coming months and that Tevinter, and their enemies, which is plenty, will be a feature of a 4th game. Which would suggest that Dorian and Iron Bull might feature, probably on opposite sides. They have to arrive in Tevinter at some point and it seems unlikely, to me anyway, that any story in that part of the world did not deal with war and reprisals from their many enemies.

no old companion returning with the exception of carver/bethany. I won't mind a few companions making cameos or being an important npc. Depending on how far we go north( Nevarra/Antiva hopefully) may affect how cameos we see. With that said wouldn't mind some old characters becoming companions like scout harding or bevin.
Can I mention non-companions? Because I can very easily see them bringing back Harding or Krem.

I lol'd.
To be fair, he was in fact a slave and I think we can safely assume it was unequivocally terrible. I think that'd make anyone a little pissed. I'd be pissed.

I agree, but I'm kind of uncertain as to how they'd implement them. Their personalities would need to be expanded a little. They're both likable people, but that's about it; in their current form they couldn't carry the weight of a companion role.
