Hi all

 

I am enjoying the game really much on PS4. Though, maybe I have encountered a bug.

 

I have conquered the Griffon Wing Keep, but cannot claim the site.

If I put the navigation beacon on appropriate icon of the map, i can see the beacon from the terrace on the top of the keep, just a step beyond the wall of the terrace.

But I cannot get there, nor from the terrace nor from the ground. Neither there is a balcony or a platform to get to it.

 

Some friends reported to me the same issue. Is it a bug or what? Anyone can help?

There are staircases leading to the top level of the fort.

You're actually seeing the landmark for the keeps well.
Go outside the keep and look on the south side of it, you'll see a cave with a magical barrier.
Inside you'll find the landmark.

You raise the flag on the flagpole to claim the keep. That landmark pyramid is accessable via the well, which is via a cave sealed with a barrier from outside the keep (closest cave on your map if you are in the keep.)

Just climb the stirs then look up to your left, jump on the flag poll stand.

Well, what about... if you claimed the Keep before the quest was triggered?
I feel kinda screwed here.

You can't claim the Keep before you get the quest. As soon as you're within visual range of the Keep, you'll get the quest to claim it automatically. You can claim the landmark at any time, before or after raising the Inquisition  flag to claim the keep, and it won't matter. I've claimed the landmark before climbing the rope to get into the keep and I've broken down the barrier to claim the landmark after the Keep is already in my possession.
