I think it's pretty clear that the current Challenge framework is setting the agenda for the weekend events.
i.e. This last weekend's Greataxe Mastery mimics the established challenge Greataxe Affinity.
That leads me to think that we could still be set as weekend challenges
(by looking at the challenges list) the following:
- Defeat 100 enemies using [Dagger/Sword/Mace/Maul/Greatsword/Greataxe*/Bow*). (7 challenges) (* repeat promised)
- Survive 5 Operations with the [insert class]. (12 challenges)
- Survive 5 Operations on [routine/threatening/perilous] difficulty. (3 challenges)
- Earn 10,000 XP with the [insert class]. (12 challenges)
- Earn 10,000 XP in the [Orlais/Tevinter/Elven] location. (3 challenges)
- Collect {amount] Gold from [Orlais/Tevinter/Elven] location. (3 challenges)
- Defeat 100 enemies using [fire/cold/electricity/spirit/poison] damage. (5 challenges)
- Land 25 critical hits. (1 challenge)
- Defeat 100 [Red Templars/Demons/Venatori/any foe]. (4 challenges)
- Revive 10 teammates. (1 challenge)
Assuming 2 challenges per weekend, the above 51 challenges are going to take 6 months.
So what else would you like to see as challenges?
they must meet 2 criteria:
- BioWare must be able to track successful completion.
- They must not cripple normal party play.
I could see events around (for example)
- Killing animals.
- Stealth kills
- Finding heirlooms
- Speed runs
- All the same class
And I'm sure there are more creative ones I have no capacity to contemplate.
