I doubt this has anything to do with Bioware. YouTube has done this many times. Typically it's some random angry viewer who spam reports. I can tell you from experience they don't actually read/verify the claims, if they see a sufficient amount they swing the ban hammer and then ask questions later. What's unfortunate is that this may result in the loss of every video on Fluffy's channel, which is nothing short of ridiculous.
It doesn't have to have anything to do with Bioware. However, their endorsement of the channel would give FluffyNinjaLlama the legal and corporate push they need to proceed, and succeed on keeping their channel up permanently. I'm hoping YouTube have some kind of system in place for this as otherwise, any troll could try to take down videos when they are actually hosted by the copyright owner.
Thank you so much guys, I'm going through hell right now. I don't know what to do, pretty much out of options since I can't even access my channel, it looks like it's been deleted. Does anyone have any idea on how to solve this?
FluffyNinjaLlama, I'm afraid that at this point, you will need to do some contact work. If you want to go straight to the source, then I suggest you ring YouTube on +1 650-253-0000. Otherwise, if you think that it was the Dragon Age: Inquisition videos which caused this, then contact Bioware on their email address: contact@bioware.com and explain the situation to them. I suggest that you link them to this thread also as it shows that your channel is popular and a positive influence, and worth keeping around.
Once you have their endorsement, you, or even better, your contact at Bioware, can contact Google with all of the relevant information and formally request that your channel be reinstated and future claims on the same basis be ignored.
If YouTube refuse to reconsider and Bioware won't give you any sort of support, whether official or unofficial, then I'm afraid your next recourse is probably legal, and based on "reasonable use" of content.
