Alright guys and gals The Holidays are nearly over, and that time of year for New Years Resolutions. Of course not everyone goes through with their Resolutions, (Me included) So since I'm on these forums constantly, the reminder would be great for me and for anyone else who desires a healthier outlook..

Treadmil

 

For those of whom are more skilled in the healthy arts than I am. How would you divide your fitness time in the week between these three?

Oh there are definitely some posters around her who can hook you up with some serious training.  Like they could probably dead lift you.  Is that something you can do to other people? Dead lift them?

I don't go to the gym anymore and mostly just run, but when I did I wasn't a big fan of machines. Free weights and real running are better and more fun.

I think we can deadlift each other. Deadlifts are awesome like that, just a short while and you'll be able to lift more than your weight.

I don't believe in New years Resolutions.if they are important enough, then one should do them not just all year long but over their life.Why put off tomorrow, when it should have been started last week.

 

oh and I've had that point of view since childhood.and yes im a fat bastard :D and totally happy with that.well i am santa tbh

I'm adding this to my routine.

New years fitness resolution: finally manage to shoulder press my own bodyweight (97kg) with no leg drive and get my deadlift up to 250kg, with good form. Shoulder should be doable, don't know about my DL goal though.
