Yeah that's pretty much where they like to take it.

Well, I believe that this is the vision of Altair Ibn la-ahad. The conception of AC is great, But it was mishandled in my opinion. Every AC game could have stronger and better.

As for Unity, I have seen its ending, I have seen Rogue's ending too, And i have read the storylines of both games, And i disliked both of them. It seems to me that they're pushing for a Templar/Assassin alliance to face Juno. But i could be wrong. Also, the modern storyline is getting crappier and both games are suffering from crappy storylines and dull ancestors. Edward is my favorite ancestor though i think his storyline could have been better.

Chief Reload, you have to give them mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Unless they're DNR, then just give them tongue.

Interesting theory. I've only played Unity, but I don't see how that's possible because

I know a lot of people dislike the metastory simply because it's there, so it seems like Ubi's making it less notable. Which disappoints me personally, I like it.

One of the best things about AC is Haytham.

Why?

Because it gives a human face to the Templars.

AC needs more Haytham and people like Haytham inside the Templars.

No good vs evil.

But sort of good vs sort of good / grey vs grey.

Dammit.

As for the alliance, I believe that if it's true, Ubisoft would pull it off as an uneasy alliance to face something that's bigger than the assassins or templars. To forget about the differences and unite. It's kinda of a dull storyline, But It's not out of the question that Ubisoft might pull it off.

They've been doing that since AC. All of the "villains" in the first game had some reason why they were doing what they were doing. The Ezio trilogy departed from it, but AC3 came back to it with a vengeance with every single Templar (possibly barring Hickey). I'd say it went further than any other AC, actually, in making the Assassin's look silly and the Templars seem normal (unfortunately, they broke the fundamental logic of the Templars in doing so). AC4 was similar, leaving them vague and not really bad or good (Edward doesn't kill a single Templar because they're a Templar, he kills them because they're in his way/killed James Kidd:wink:).

AC:U takes it a step further, and
Spoiler

It's not good/evil, and they haven't portrayed it that way in any game but the Ezio games (and even then it was more focused on the anti-theistic aspect).

I believe that he meant to say that he wants an inside look into the Templar order. To see their purpose thoroughly. AC: Rogue is just about that.
