I finally got all the achievements. Of all the games played this one was my favorite. Always found myself coming back to it. I told myself this will be my last run and stop gaming as a New Years Resolution. Thanks Bioware.

I'm just missing one thing "explore every area in the game" desoite going through it all multiple times. I think this trophy glitched out on me.

Did you do the "interested parties" quests from the Innkeeper at the Gnawed Noble? One of the areas in Denerim they send you to counts towards the achievement, and only when I had that covered in one of my playthroughs did I get it unlocked on the top of Fort Drakon.

Take it a day at a time. Spending less hours gaming and reduce the amount of content played. If I stop immediately I'll go back immediately but if I take it one step at a time I'll reach my goal. Moderation is key.
