Anyone know how to remove the helmet of Blood Dragon armor while talking, etc.?

I have the same question regarding Terminus armor. I'm thinking about making the purely cosmetic choice of not using it. I don't mind Shep bein' all sealed up during a fight, but I wanna see his face during concersations. So far it doesn't look like you can remove the helmets.

special armors are one piece. you cannot remove anything
