(spoilers for the first part of the game, obviously)

So, when you arrive to Skyhold for the first time, some old quests become unavailable, if you skipped them/left them for later. A good example is "Apostates in Witchwood" or "Templars to the West" in the Hinterlands, or a few War Table operations("The University of Orlais" and some others). Is there a complete list somewhere, perhaps? I searched DAI wikis, but alas, they're still fairly incomplete(no info on companion approval via side quests, either).

Didn't see one yet; it does feel like a good idea to be diligent before advancing the plot. Big fan of your BG work, incidentally!

Anything in Haven itself or related to it, obviously. All in all, nothing really all that crucial in the end. Even the codex entries you might've missed in Haven can be bought in Val Royeaux afterwards. At worst you might miss out on an Amulet of Power somewhere, I'd make sure to complete the War Table missions at least.

the war table has me wondering a lot...  i know "the chantry remains" will disappear, and the quest after that (usually get the university of orlais, but my dwarf warrior got sister iona or something instead for some reason...), the search haven ruins quest will disappear and the quest afterwards will as well... the third quest in that line wont disappear after haven is gone...  I did notice that some of my war table missions appeared and when i assigned my advisers to other missions, while still on the war table, it disappeared gone forever...  its ok if its time sensitive, but to have it pop and unpop sucks....  i think it was a mission having to deal with saving some wounded soldiers from avaars or sacrificing them to stay on some red templars trail, those were the choices...
