Yes first blood, pincushion they all work with daggers. Infact for a DW assassin i recommend it.

Is that so? That's awesome. I thought Pincussion for sure wouldn't, as (I think) the tooltip says "Each successive bow attack" or something like that... If it does, it must be a glitch/oversight.

No, it is not an oversight. The "mistake" (not really, it can be that devs simply didn't think people would get the passive as a DW so referenced the tree) is in the tooltip. All passives from the various trees are weapon agnostic. The active skills can be tied to weapon, but passives not.
