I would enjoy a large expansion (bigger than Awakening) that includes helping the South rebuild from all the turmoil it's faced: Orlais from the Civil War, The Free Marches from the initial Mage/Templar conflicts, including Kirkwall's invasion, and of course Fereldan for...everything it's been through.
New areas would be as big as the ones in the vanilla game. Most, if not all, of the Free Marches is included on the War Table. At least 3 areas could be included, and one of them should be a city. Not like what they did with Val Rouyeax...an actual city size area.
This areas could include (but not be limited to):
Fereldan
Amaranthine
Highever
Denerim (whole city)
Korcari Wilds (including Ostagar)
Brecelian Forest
Orlais
Val Chevin
Lydes
Montsimmard
Cumberland
Fields of Ghislain
Free Marches
Kirkwall (the whole city- completely redone)
Starkhaven (whole city)
Ostwick (whole city- imagine a Human Inquisitor returning?)
The Vimmark Mountains (including Sundermont)
The Green Dales
There could be a lot of neat stories weaved into these areas. Such as appearing in Fereldan's royal court in Denerim and properly meeting the King/Queen, going to areas of Orlais like Lydes/Montsimmard/Val Chevin that we've heard about on numerous occasions, seeing Kirkwall's progress (personal quests with Varric), etc.
Very important to note that this expansion should take place several months after the end of Inquisition's main plot, where Divine Victoria has settled into the Sunburst Throne and is permanently out of your party. You should definitely be able to travel and meet her, and quests could also be given through her.
It would also be ideal that if either Cassandra or Vivienne leave your party to assume their duties as Divine, they'll send a replacement companion that they personally recommend. So if Vivienne is Divine, you'll get a new Mage companion, if Cassandra is Divine you'll get a new Warrior. A good example of branching story paths. No new romances among your new potential companions. If Leliana is Divine, you'll get a new Spymaster. So no matter what, the expansion brings in a new vital character to the Inquisition.
Also for those who romanced Cassandra like myself, proper closure on the Inquisitor's romance with her.
Lots of possibilities.
Clearly the high level areas should be the Deep Roads
HOF, Hawke and Inqusitor team up Avengers style; they cure the calling fight in a Grey Warden civil war, HOF and Hawke reunite with LIs, then they go home. Next stop DA4 and no more loose ends... To much to ask for?
When my HoF finds Flemeth he's gonna kill her for taking Kieran's other soul.
Oh...wait...
Meet Rhys & Evangeline.
Hair DLC and by that I mean longer hair, varying hairstyles for both sexes and not this unisex **** they gave us, actual black hair that doesn't turn greyish depending on the light. Failing that an actual reason as to why it can't be done that doesn't involve clipping.
One thing that has always bugged me is the almost complete lack of demonic possession in DAI, which is crazy considering how much it was thrown in your face in DA2. But here we are with demons running around all over the place, the veil is opening up all over Thedas, and you have Cullen and Vivienne implying that abominations will be popping up left and right. Sure they're biased but it makes sense right? As far as i can tell there's no Abomination model in game even.
I also wouldn't mind some missions that tied into the main story showing some push back from the Venatori, if only to give the illusion that they are putting up some sort of fight against the inquisition. Though i suppose it wouldn't make much sense in a post game save.
Sigrun as a follower DLC.
I deffinately want more story ![]()
Warden centric DLC or even an expansion like awakening was, where we would follow him on the quest for calling (which is kinda lame) and than have him go to Weishaupt to find out whats happening there (it is said in the Inquisition epilogie there are some troubles there) and finding out that there is another magister like Corypheus (there were 4 of them entering the golden city after wall, wasnt there?) and beating the shajt out of him, cuz he is the frikin Warden... Also reunion with Morrigan, cant belive he let her go to Skyhold alone o.O
DA 4 will be about elven gods and lore i bet, which i am fine with honestly, but the ancient tevinter magisters thingy should be explored more, i was bothered by this since the start, as we all know there were more magisters...
But yea, high lever areas, and deffo more armours and weapons would be awesome as well.
Also modding tools, man can you even imagine how awesome that would be? PLEEEEASEEE!
I've thought of a few more:
-DLC that adds quirky and unique quests and characters to the game (think Mad Hermit or the Elven beggars from DA:O);
-Post-game content that deals with Thedas' fear of the Inquisition's rise to prominance during DA:I's main story;
-Proper Deep Roads areas that feel really dangerous and foreboding like in Origins;
-An area (or more than one, if possible) that is entirely urban. Cities basically. I'd love to see Denerim and Kirkwall in Frostbite 3. Kal-Sharok would be nice too;
-More companion interaction. Romance-related or not (and that includes having a proper Harding romance).
Honestly this is one of the most exciting times for me after a game releases. The speculation and wonder at what's next for the game!
-Culture Armor Pack - Featuring Venatori, Ferelden, Qunari and Ancient Elf Armor that aren't in the game
-Companion oriented-DLC featuring a "hang-out" quest with the companions and some loosely associated mission or something. Essentially just a Citadel DLC in Thedas.
-Give necromancers the ability to summon skeletons instead of spirits

Hairstyles and Eyebrow Colours
Mirror of transformation in my boudoir and a small one for my handbag to check my face and fix my hair anywhere
More Armours/Weapons and schematics
Oh and Viviennes Mage dresses-and a bin bag for her to wear.
Ballgown, Ballgown and maybe a ballgown?
Solas ending dlc and romance ending (Happy of course)
Please add blood magic. a one-shot cinematic with companions disagreeing and boom! It's all good.
PLEEEEEEEEEASE
Also chest hair. How does my inquisitor wax???
Sigrun as a follower DLC.
Actually, that sounds like it would be a lot of fun. I know that they won't add a perma-companion via DLC, but it'd be great to have a Deep Roads story involving the Legion with her as the temporary companion.
Also chest hair. How does my inquisitor wax???
Shaving has existed for a veery long time.

Thing is, abominations are not supposed to be that common, and are also supposed to be exceptionally powerful and had the ability to destroy an entire village, but were reduced to cannon fodder in the previous games, especially in 2. That said, I do wish that we got to meet one, and that it reflected how much of a PITA they're supposed to be in gameplay. That the demons are everywhere shouldn't really mean that mages are succumbing to possession with any greater frequency, especially if the bulk of these mages were from the Circle, presumably passing their harrowing.
The final fate for the HoF to close that once and for all for those who still have the creature alive, and if not the warden commander from Awakening less I missed something.
Sexy Party time Armor. pack.
More dragons,
Stories for existing areas and having to defend places.
wolf hunt.
A trip into the fade for gathering old knowledge about any other beings like Cory that may be active, or going to the black city has a reseach mission.
Expasions that push the inquestion slightly north into the imperium and cass's homeland with new high level areas.
Clearing up the red lyrium mess and going to the deep roads.
Think that is up off hand, sorry for errors and typos.
This. Which we really shouldn't have to wish for since it should have been doen in the game.
Oh oh!
